Yuji Sano was a normal guy working a soul-sucking nine-to-five job when he suddenly found himself transported to a fantasy world where he restarted his life as a Monster Tamer. After befriending the Slimes, Yuji is quickly able to gain a second character class, ranking up his stats and learning new skills as he encounters one surprise after another.

Despite destroying the cursed dragon birthed by The Laboratory, a diluted curse has spread over the entire continent, triggering a food shortage! Is The Laboratory behind this new catastrophe as well? To avert the crisis, Yuji is tasked by the Adventurer's Guild to visit a certain farm and while there, learns that specific fertilizer might help them. But before he can report back to the guild, the farmer challenges him to a fight to test his strength!
